  The Brazilian midfielder was joined by Lehmann at his birthday party with the Swiss star stealing the spotlight with her sassy hairstyle. The blonde, dressed in a black tube outfit, stunningly let her hair flow in curls over her shoulders. The couple went on to participate in a cake-cutting ceremony as their family cheered on.

  Lehmann flew back to Birmingham from London, where she was enjoying a sunshine break, to be with Luiz on his birthday. The pair allegedly ended their relationship in late 2022 but rekindled their lost romance at the beginning of 2024.

• DID YOU KNOW?

  It seems that Luiz did not get much time for celebrations on May 9 as Aston Villa were scheduled to play Olympiacos in Greece on the same day in a Europa Conference League match. However, after a disappointing outing in Europe, the birthday festivities should have helped to cheer him up.
